Provision Client Tenant Portal

Generate, assign, and audit secure one-time activation codes for customer self-service onboarding.

One-Time Activation Rule: Each Volcrex SaaS activation code is cryptographically unique and strictly constrained to a single client tenant portal activation. Once used to complete a self-service onboarding wizard setup, the code status shifts to "Used" and cannot be claimed again.
